Hi there, I'm Katiuscia Baggio.

I'm an executive coach, leadership development expert, and founder of I&S Academy. Since 2007, I've been helping people and organizations navigate complexity, embrace change, and discover new ways of thinking and leading. I'm an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC), and I work internationally with CEOs and senior leaders, as well as individuals ready to rethink their professional and personal future.

I believe that effective leadership starts with self-awareness. Sometimes, we don't need more answers; we need the space to pause, reflect, see things differently, and find our own way forward. Through a whole-person approach to coaching and leadership development, I help people connect who they are with how they lead and live, bringing greater awareness, authenticity, and purpose to their choices.

My work focuses on three key areas:

Executive Presence — Developing self-awareness, authenticity, and the confidence to lead with clarity and impact.

Team Leadership — Helping leaders build trust, foster ownership, and develop more autonomous teams.

Next-Chapter Transitions & Identity Reinvention — Helping people rethink what's next, redefine who they want to become, and design a meaningful new chapter. This includes leaders considering a career change, reimagining their professional identity, or exploring what life could look like beyond corporate life. Together, we turn reflection into possibilities, possibilities into choices, and choices into action.

As a coach, I follow the International Coaching Federation's core values and believe that every person has the potential to discover their own answers and create meaningful change. As a trainer, I integrate coaching and facilitation to create learning experiences that encourage reflection, experimentation, and lasting development.

I live in Italy and work internationally, both online and in person, including through immersive experiences in Asolo, Italy.

“What does this mean? Why should I prepare myself to be unprepared?” I’m pretty sure you might have such questions in mind right now. It makes sense to be prepared! We should be prepared to the best of our abilities! Absolutely. Preparation in life and business is key. It’s also a sign of integrity and reliability. On the other hand, you also might agree on the fact that being prepared is not always possible in this world full of rapid and often chaotic changes. Being able to manage uncertainty and ambiguity is a big deal.

Most of the challenges we face in our everyday lives are often related to the ability to manage situations that are not well defined or clear. The ability to think on your feet, be flexible, and build a rapport with others quickly are key. These are also the skills required in “change management” theme. Ambiguity and uncertainty can be obstacles in reaching your goals unless you know how to deal with them.

I’ve studied improvisation at the Second City Training School in Chicago years ago and after that the way I dealt with challenging situations in my life was not the same. I realized how many commonalities there are between leadership development, personal growth, coaching and the improv world.

Improvisation really helped me manage some personal challenges I had been facing. I was so grateful to life for giving me the opportunity to enter the coaching and improv worlds, that I felt the need to also share this gift with others. For this reason, I developed a training methodology where basic improvisational rules are integrated with coaching and personal development.
