Individual coaching

As an ICF coach I'm not the expert of your life, I'm the expert of the process. This implies that I will not teach you new things, tell you what to do and/or how to do it. I will help you find your own answers and identify the possible actions you are committed to put in place in order to reach your goals. I will hold you accountable and I will challenge you to give the best of yourself, while following your agenda, not mine. Our coaching sessions do not necessarily imply building an action plan. It will be your choice. It could also be an exploration of your way of thinking regarding certain aspects of your life where you need more clarity.

What's really important for me? How can I get more fulfilment out of my life? How can I give the best of myself to people around me so I can inspire them to do the same? How can I align my behaviors with what is required by my role and responsibilities? How can I build better relationships with others? How can I manage my stress, fears and obstacles? These are the major questions that summarize how I’ve helped people so far. The major goals usually include: developing self-awareness, identifying strengths & areas of improvement, managing uncertainty and ambiguity, creating new habits.

Coaching sessions can be done in person or virtually. The number of sessions depends on the client needs and will be defined after the first conversation. To see meaningful results, a minimum of 5 sessions is usually necessary. Every session lasts 60 minutes.
