One of the best experiences of self-growing ever! I had the amazing opportunity to have this coaching program with Katiuscia, sponsored by my company and provided by TheMakings. It has been a journey lasted 6 months and it was my first time in coaching. I’ve started thinking to focalize on already known points of improvement, but I discovered on the way that Katiuscia was giving me the opportunity to re-think about myself totally. Before starting, I was convinced that I had already made a series of choices in my life that inevitably led me to where I am and that would determine who I will be in the future. Coaching allowed me to look at my path, my present and my future with a new eye, an eye that has been out of practice for a long time: the one trained to see possibilities. The possibility to choose, to rewrite my path, adapting to changed and different needs. Pride was the other key word: proud to say what I am, to feel worthy, aware that we are all on a journey in which we all have something to learn. I have learned to accept that the measure of my value does not lie in being always prepared, brilliant and with a ready answer: a new awareness that has made me more receptive, open to change, curious and available to learn, without thinking that this would lower my professionalism. Coaching has made me lighter, more aware and reborn: in a world of possibilities where on that stage I am both the actor and the director.
